Goals

1.       Finalizing, spreading culture and application mechanisms of the normative structure; to ensure good practices that qualify higher Education institutions for academic accreditation at the national and international levels.

2.       Finding effective solutions to provide and sustain adequate budget for the Council in a manner consistent with the size and diversity of its various activities and the diversity of its resources.

3.        Strengthening governance and management systems, consolidating decentralization, and practicing transparency and accountability in order to achieve more independence for the Council.

4.       Developing the organizational structure in a comprehensive manner for the Council and its executive tools, so as to benefit from the supporting environmental factors and the leading regional and international experiences in this field.

5.       Providing the infrastructure, material and technical equipment needed by the Council to enable achieve the desired levels of performance in accordance with the established directions to ensure quality and academic accreditation.

6.        Adequately and efficiently addressing the gap in human resources, and developing these resources on a professional basis.

7.        Creating effective partnership between the Council and Higher Education institutions, and its counterparts in Arab and international contexts.
