First: Brief informations:

Noman Ahmed Ali Abdullah Fairooz was born in 27-12-1974. I am an expert of Strategic Planning and the Quality of Higher Education Institutions. I am a professor of an administration and strategic planning at the faculty of Education - University of Ibb, hold a PhD from Assiut University in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and was promoted to professor, with a track record of leadership and academic experience, which appears through the indicators of my work and experience for more than 11 years.

I worked as head of the department, then deputy dean, then dean of the Center for Academic Development and Quality Assurance at the university. Years ago, I was appointed to the Council for Academic Accreditation and Quality Assurance of Higher Education in Yemen as a supreme body to lead the transformation of university education institutions in Yemen towards national accreditation and international recognition.  Also, I am a consultant of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research for strategic planning and higher education quality. I have so many skills for Project and team management, written and spoken English, and building positive relationships.
